Q: How do I tell you which formulas I want for mix and match?
Please include your selections in the Order Notes box during checkout. If you forget, simply reply to your confirmation email with your choices. If needed, we will reach out to clarify your mix & match selections.

Q: Why is this a final sale?
To keep this sale pricing as low as possible, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or our usual guarantee. Please only order formulas you’ve used before and love. (This is sale is not for new customers).

Q. Why don’t you offer free shipping anymore?
USPS has raised their rates again and again, and for years we’ve either absorbed those increases or raised our prices — even when our product costs stayed the same. Switching to calculated shipping allows us to keep our prices stable while giving you full transparency. You’ll now only pay what it actually costs to ship your order, based on your location and what you’re buying.
Unfortunately USPS raises their rates multiple times a year, so you'll likely continue to see shipping costs increase. The best way to lower the overall cost per deodorant is to order multipacks! The per-item price is lower, and the shipping cost gets distributed across more items - so stock up and save!

Q: When will my order ship?
Sale orders ship within 2–3 business days.

Q: How often do you have sales like this?
We only run sales twice a year — Black Friday and early Summer. This multi-pack deal is the best price you will see on our deodorant. It’s offered exclusively to past customers through a private link. Outside of these two annual events, we do not run additional sales.

Q: Is there any other way to save?
Yes! You can join our Island Rewards program. Use the button at the top of our website to sign up, or click here, and earn points on every purchase.
