United States

Want to ship via UPS?  Go ahead and place your order and add a note that you are interested in UPS, and we will get back to you with the additional cost to ship via UPS and you can decide then.  

-All deodorants and purchases over $12.99 in the United States ship for free. However, because shipping isn't actually free, refunds for reasons that are not a result of our error may have the actual cost of what we paid for shipping deducted from the refund amount.
-Smaller items and 1-3 full size sticks ship via USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days, not guaranteed*). 
-4 or more full size sticks ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days, not guaranteed*).

*Currently we are seeing delays in first class shipping arrival times, some packages are taking quite a bit longer to arrive.  We thank you for your patience.  Per USPS Priority Mail packages in the U.S. are expected to take a day or two longer.       

 

International orders: please be aware that customs fees are normal.  Each destination country charges customs and administrative fees on shipments of items that are subject to tax and those fees are the responsibility of the recipient.  It's probably a good idea to contact your local customs office for specifics on what the fees and charges are so you'll know what additional cost you could possibly be incurring on your international orders. 

 

Canada

Currently we are only shipping via UPS to Canada. Due to too many long delays with USPS we are no longer offering their service

Shipping charges are based on weight.  For example,
1 deodorant is usually US$10.99* via USPS First Class International (6-8 business days, not guaranteed)
2-4 deodorants are usually US$15.99* via USPS First Class International (6-8 business days, not guaranteed)
5-10 deodorants are usually US$24.99* via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days, not guaranteed)

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Currently we are seeing delays in arrival times to Canada.  To give you an idea of the issue, how US Post Office Priority Mail International deliveries work is they get the package to the country, and then that country handles delivery from there, that is why the tracking ends after it leaves the US (usually Miami).  Most of the time the tracking will update when the item gets scanned in Canada.     

 

International

*If your order hasn't arrived by 40 days please contact us so we can file an insurance claim and either refund you in full or reship your order

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Currently we are having some international packages not arriving at their destination, this has never been an issue pre-COVID-19, so we do think it is related.  To give you an idea of the issue, how US Post Office Priority Mail International deliveries work is they get the package to the country, and then that country handles delivery from there, that is why the tracking ends after it leaves the US (usually Miami).  Your international package will be fully insured, and after 40 days we can file an insurance claim, which once paid to us, will be refunded to you.  In the meantime if your package doesn't show up within 10 business days, you can inquire with your local postal service to see if they can give you some information on how backed up they are on deliveries.  If we need to file a claim on your package, please contact us with your order number.
