This guarantee is intended for first-time use and reasonable trial periods.

If you don’t like the deodorant, it doesn’t work for you, or you develop a sensitivity to it, please contact us for a refund of the deodorant price.  Shipping costs are not refundable; however, if you’re located in the U.S. and prefer a replacement instead of a refund for an eligible single deodorant, we can do that.

Please note: To keep prices as low as possible for repeat buyers, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on 2, 4, 6, or 10 packs (this is also noted on the multi-pack purchase pages).

Other products (no returns): Lip balms, body creams, perfumes, oils, scrubs (anything not deodorant) does not include a try-it-and-like-it guarantee. Because these are personal-use products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.  Please opt for the smaller trial sizes!
