Helpful Tips for Heel Balm
Use: Apply cracked heel balm to feet & heels as needed.
We recommended applying it before bed, and covering your feet with socks to keep the product in place and add keep your body heat in while you sleep.
*Please note, your balm may contain little balls of shea butter - don’t worry, that’s just something shea butter can do when it’s exposed to a temperature change (which can happen in shipping). It’s annoying, but it's such an important ingredient for rough heels & elbows that we just had to use it any way!
