• 50 finished deodorant sticks, fully manufactured and filled

Manufacturing process: Small-batch hot-pour filling performed manually by an operator, with batch-level blending and controlled pours.

Container Options

Micro-batches are available in one of the following plastic container styles (one container type per run):

• Top-fill oval twist-up container with 2.65 oz of deodorant (sourced from the USA – fastest option, typically available in shiny white)
• Bottom-fill round twist-up container with 3.1 oz of deodorant (sourced from China – slower sea shipping, usually available in black, white, or clear, shiny or matte finish)

Labeling/Branding

Optional one-piece label included. This label is designed for internal use, sampling, testing, and presentation.

• Client provided: your PNG logo and brand/product name (supplied by you)
• Fixed: ingredient list and fill weight in a fixed font layout
• Label shape: Oval label on round containers; rounded square label on oval containers
• Best on white containers: Labels have a white background and look best on white containers

If you prefer a fully custom label design you are welcome to source labels independently.

Scents

If you choose a scented micro-batch, you must provide the fragrance or essential oil. Micro-batches are produced at a standard 3% scent strength unless scent samples are ordered first.

Lead Time & Scheduling

Micro-batches are scheduled as orders come in. Lead times may extend if multiple orders are in queue. We will advise you of the current lead time when you are ready to proceed.

MSDS / SDS The items do not pose a danger to persons handling the products in the forms in which they are supplied. Therefore, these products are exempt from SDS Requirements under OSHA Hazard Communication Standards 1910.1200(b)(6)(vii) and 1910.1200(b)(5)(iii), which provide the following exemptions:

- 1910.1200(b)(6)(viii) Cosmetics which are packaged for sale to consumers in a retail establishment, and cosmetics intended for personal consumption by employees while in the workplace;

- 1910.1200(b)(5)(iii) Any food, food additive, color additive, drug, cosmetic, or medical or veterinary device or product, including materials intended for use as ingredients in such products (e.g. flavors and fragrances), as such terms are defined in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.) or the Virus-Serum-Toxin Act of 1913 (21 U.S.C. 151 et seq.), and regulations issued under those Acts, when they are subject to the labeling requirements under those Acts by either the Food and Drug Administration or the Department of Agriculture;
