1. Do you want to do a micro-batch of 45 units of one of our base formulas, or private label a batch of 300 or more units?

2. Which base formula do you want to use: Original, Sensitive, or Extra Strength Sensitive? – Or do you have your own fully developed and tested formula ready to manufacture?

If using your own formula, you must provide the complete ingredient list with your response, in the order the ingredients appear on your label. We will not discuss a customer-owned formula project without first reviewing the ingredients to confirm compatibility with our oil/wax-based process.

3. Do you want this product to be unscented, or do you want to add a scent? If you want to add a scent, have you already sourced the fragrance(s) or essential oil(s) you plan to use?

4. Have you sourced your containers? If yes, please provide pictures and specs of your containers, or a link to the listing so I can verify they are compatible with our equipment.

5. How soon are you looking to place an order? For example: within 2 months, 6 months, or just gathering info for now.

6. Are you located outside the United States? We do not accept international orders. Manufacturing and shipping are available within the United States only.
