2. Do you want to use the containers we provide, or do you plan to provide your own containers? Feel free to share anything else about containers here, like the color you want, or ask questions if you have them.

3. Which base formula do you want to use: Original, Sensitive, Extra Strength Sensitive, or do you have your own formula already? – If you have your own formula, please list all ingredients here in the order they appear on your label.

4. Do you want this product to be unscented, or do you want to add a scent? If you want to add a scent, have you already sourced the fragrance(s) or essential oil(s) you plan to use?

5. For micro-batch orders only: do you want us to apply the included basic label? If yes, do you have a PNG logo you can provide?
