2. Do you want to use the containers we provide, or do you plan to provide your own containers? -Details about the containers we provide are on our Private Label Page.

3. Which base formula do you want to use: Original, Sensitive, or Extra Strength Sensitive?
– or do you have your own custom formula ready to go?
– if you don’t have a finalized, ready-to-produce formula, you need custom formulation – If you have your own ready-to-go formula, please list all ingredients here in the order they appear on your label.
– Has your formula been produced in stick form and tested on people for texture, glide, and odor control? If yes, please describe your testing (number of batches, number of testers, and feedback).

4. Do you want this product to be unscented, or do you want to add a scent? If you want to add a scent, have you already sourced the fragrance(s) or essential oil(s) you plan to use?

6. Are you located outside the United States? If yes, have you reviewed your country’s import requirements and confirmed what documentation you will need? Please describe what documentation you will require.

*We receive a high volume of Canadian inquiries. Based on past experience, we have NOT been able to work with brands importing into Canada. We cannot provide product stability testing, GMP or ISO certification, FDA certification (the FDA does not issue this for cosmetics), Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), or exact percentage breakdowns of the formula.
