Helpful Tips

• It may feel slightly oily at first, but it absorbs within minutes and leaves skin soft, nourished, and comfortable.

• Texture changes & graininess: If your body cream looks grainy or has small balls of shea butter, that’s a normal response to temperature changes. It’s perfectly fine to use as-is — warming it between your hands will help it melt smoothly as you apply.

If you prefer a smoother texture, gently remelt the cream, stir thoroughly, and refrigerate to cool quickly. Shea butter can be a bit finicky, but it’s incredibly beneficial for the skin.

Note: It will soften in warmer temperatures and harden in cooler ones. 

Natural scent note: Unrefined shea butter is traditionally processed over open fires, which gives it a naturally smoky scent. The strength of this scent varies from batch to batch and is completely normal.

Because this is an all-natural, oil-based product, it reacts to temperature changes during shipping. Melting or graininess is normal and does not affect quality. Simple warming or re-cooling will restore the texture.
